I’ve never had a problem with customer services at vodafone. Always get through, on one occasion when my mobile stopped working, they called back on my home number. They don’t do the iphone, which I may go to another network for. My most recent phone (Samsung U-700), unlock on one key (the center enter key). This had lead to numerous blank text messages being sent to people, while the phone is in my pocket and the button get caught. Other vodafone users with the same model phone had two different buttons to unlock. vodafone were unable to fix this, so I went back to using my previous phone. Is this a fault of vodafone though? If you want a good deal when your contract time is up, they may call you. Failing that, call and ask for you PAC number, they usually offer you a good deal. On the whole I’ve been really pleased with them and I’m concerned about changing networks to get the iphone. I’ve been with them for 6 years.

i have been wid vodafone for 2 years now and my contract is ending and i can not wait. They never gave me a good deal to start wid 500 texts 200 mins for 45 quid a month, once u go over rates are sky high. plus have never offerd me any better deals or rewards for long time customer even when i have told them i am going to end contract they only reduced my overall price by 15 pounds per month. signal is average. have upgraded my fone a few times. All in all recon ther are better deals on other networks.
