Well i left virgin mobile last April because my friends and family were on different networks and to me there tariffs were rubbish! I rang up a year or so before asking about switching networks which they didn’t seem ticked off at infact they got onto it straight away and within 2 days i had my letter with the information on unlocking my phone and it works straight away. Although if i hadn’t asked to be switched over when i did i’d have to pay a charge of £15! Although i will never go with virgin mobile again, i still recommend them.

I have been a virgin mobile customer since they first started, many years ago, all of my family have virgin mobile phones, i also have their tv, home phone and broadband, Love ‘em! But….
since Richard Branson stood down it has got progressivly worse and now you cannot get an English speaking advisor, so if you have a problem, unless you are multilingual you will have a problem. If you question the ridiculous answers they fob you off with, they will just terminate your call. There are many, many with competative rates and better customer service advisors.

I have been with virgin mobile for 6 years and I would not move from them any time soon. I think that the service they produce is good, better than I got at t-mobile, and their signal coverage is excellent. Many of my friends are on orange or O2 and they seem to have no or little reception, whereas, I seem to have a very good signal.
The only bad point I have to say about virgin mobile is that their Phones are a little more expensive than other networks, and the choice of phones are limited
