I was with three for several years, during that time the coverage seemed to steadily deteriorate. It finally got to the point that I was reluctant to use the phone for important calls because I just felt that I was going to be cut off at some point. Using the phone whilst on the move was simply out of the question even in the middle of town. I got used to it and made do.I have now changed to O2 and an iPhone, I really cannot believe how much better the coverage is, a few days ago I started a conversation in Manchester and finished it in Leeds without a single problem. With three, I doubt whether I would have got more than 1 mile without it dropping the call. However I suppose that this is one of those situations where you get what you pay for. I felt that the three deal cost about half as much for a poor phone, poor coverage and poor call centre, but it was very cheap.

Is anyone out there living in Warwickshire area and having problems with their 3 network coverage? Or am I the only one who has problems with 3? I cannot make calls or send texts from my mobile as out of the blue the signal drops. 3 have sent me a new SIM but that still has not resolved the problem. I am at the end of my tether and stuck in a “18month” contract with 3. I am interested to find out if anyone has similar problems around Nuneaton area

Ok some of you may have read the problems I had when I first joined the network. If not they can be found under my reviews.
My contract with 3-three was coming to an end in Nov 08 and I received calls asking me if I wanted a new mobile and so on.
I went into the store and upgraded to the Sony C905 (great phone) and changed my tariff. I was to get 750 and unlimited free texts. The texts were not added at the time of sale and what a fight I had to get them added later. However, I was given a credit for any texts i’d sent.
It just strikes me as odd that they cannot seem to get anything right first time round.
