When the product didn’t arrive they could not explain it, but promised it on the next working day (3 days later).When it didn’t arrive then, they told me some story about my credit card not releasing the funds, but they have been release now, so expect it tomorrow. I can tolerate mistakes that are corrected, but not laziness and lies. Cancelled my order and purchased it elsewhere for £10 less
