I have been with t-mobile for over 10 years since the one2one days. Always found them to be a good all-round service. It seems to be getting expensive, and the coverage compared to other networks friends are on seems to be getting worse. Sorry I’m off to O2 or orange.

I bought 2 phones from t-mobile on Christmas Eve 2008 that had rebates totalling $70……it has been 10 weeks and I have received no rebate money. I sent the rebate info certified mail to prove that I had indeed sent the rebates in…..I called 2 weeks ago….they said one of the rebates was in the mail….today, I called again to see the “status”….this is after looking on line – per their phone message….and it said the other had been denied….when I called, they said that it was “mis-programed’…..that it would be sent soon,…..SOON!!!!! I don’t know about ya’ll….but, I could use the money now!!!!!

I find the network coverage in some rural areas is terrible, towns not much better. London is even a struggle sometimes.
I’ve been with them for about eight or nine years and will be leaving.

t-mobile offers Disability Services Team it like customer service, I think t-mobile do them best help customer, like feedback and service if you give them feedback, I am on pay as go… therefore well recommend t-mobile for a network as I have experienced no bad points with them at all.

This is the second contract i have had with t-mobile and again i can’t fault it. I am on an 18 month flext tarrif, this is because they are about the only tarrifs still out there that include picture messaging as part of your allowance, i looked at all the other networks and again this came out on top.
For £35 a month a get a £180 allowance, out of that allowance it costs 20p a minute to call any network, 10p per text message and 20p per picture message, once you reach your allowance you then pay those same charges on top of your monthly £35 bill but i have never gone over it yet, it works out at 1000 minutes or 2000 text messages or a mixture of both making it one of the best deals out there.
The t-mobile coverage is excellant and i can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have until 30th nov 2008, a really good contract… As of 1st december 2008 it runs out and t mobile wont continue this contract. I suppose its like if you pay your credit cards off on time they don’t make any profit out of you…
I do recommend t-mobile because of this.
