I would reccomend orange to anyone looking an excellent service, excellent coverage, good price and good customer service. However, when you require an upgrade you are offered ridiculous price plans and no special offers. They do not appear to know how to treat their existing customers. Always found their recommendation of handsets to be good for my needs too and have never had a problem with any of them. They also have the best network coverage in my area - important as I live in a village and 3G coverage can be hard to get with other networks! Like being able to get my PUK code online through signing in to the "Your Account" area of their website - much better than having to hang on the phone waiting to get through to someone.
