Been with orange for three years now and am very pleased with my current price plan which was suggested at my latest upgrade. Always found their recommendation of handsets to be good for my needs too and have never had a problem with any of them. They also have the best network coverage in my area – important as I live in a village and 3g coverage can be hard to get with other networks!
Like being able to get my PUK code online through signing in to the “Your Account” area of their website – much better than having to hang on the phone waiting to get through to someone.
Found shop staff friendly and helpful.
Good in-store selection of plans and a wide variety of price plans.
Nice offer of a discount on line rental for existing customers – 10% the first time you renew if you stick on your price plan and then 5% each time after that up to 25%.

I have been a loyal customer of orange for 4 years. However, when you require an upgrade you are offered ridiculous price plans and no special offers. They do not appear to know how to treat their existing customers.

I have been with them for 3 years now and i have also been with O2, 2 times in the past 3 years aswell, but i always returned to orange because they are better than O2. I would reccomend orange to anyone looking an excellent service, excellent coverage, good price and good customer service.

Better than the rest. Someone posted about not treating their customers right, this is bull. After a year they cut my bill by £8 and gave me more minutes and unlimited texts.
