02 gives me unlimited calls and texts & calls to 02 phones whenever i top up 15 pounds!! Also , it allows me to get treats treats whenever i top up!! I think it’s a very good mobile phone operator to have and it works out cheaper

I have a fairly clear signal, but when my Nokia n95 crashed O2 would not replace it even though i had only had it for 3 weeks. I had to wait 4 months to get my phone back, and was still being charged throughout this time even though i could not use my phone.

I contacted an O2 store to ask what time they closed they said 1730hrs and got there at 1725hrs having rushed through the traffic and got to the door and the door was locked. I knocked on the door and they would not open up to complete a sale. I am new to the O2 bubble! just ordered my new iPhone, wait and see if I’m happy with it – i’m sure i will be!

O2 is the biggest UK network provider (mainly because it is part of BT). Simple, no changing rules or tariffs just easy phone network. Accessible anywhere with great coverage and highly compatible with all phones. With the introduction of the iPhone almost everyone is on O2 now anyway. Would highly recommend 100%, if I HAD to give another option I would say virgin mobile but thats a bit of a less serious network.

I have been with 02 forever and find them expensive and they do not reward loyal customers. I found sending a webtext depends on the weather as far as I can see…some days no prob & others “please wait while we process” could go on for hours!

I have just gone to O2. I was with t-mobile for over 6 years and i found they were really helpful, i lost my phone and i had gone over my bill to around £400s and i had over one hundred missed calls from them. I think O2 is only good for the coverage but i would choose t-mobile any day if they had good coverage.
