  I recently bought an O2 contract that came with a free LG Cookie mobile phone, free Wii and free Wii Fit. My boyfriend had already had great service when buying a mobile phone and receiving a free Playstation 3, and I’m glad that I found the process just as easy!

  I placed my order late on Sunday evening and was playing on the Wii on Tuesday – very quick service. And also free delivery!
  I had great customer service over e-mail, very quick responses and helpful replies.

  Even though I experienced a problem with setting up my phone because of an inactive Sim, after calling mobiles.co.uk, the problem was resolved in a matter of minutes.
  Overall, good customer service, excellent price and good quality products.

  As I don’t enjoy going into phone shops as hate being hassled by salesmen decided to use the web this time to purchase a new phone. Looked at various phone sites but always came back to mobiles.co.uk as site the easiest to navigate. Decided I wanted a touchscreen phone so plumped for the Samsung jet which in my opinion is a decent enough phone with all the stuff I will ever need. Deals offered were very appealing and with such a varied choice quite hard to choose one. Hard cash always wins though! Ordering process very straight forward with decent comms to let you know deilivery dates. Wasn’t next day delivery but considering my order went in over the New Year and there was 3 or 4″ of snow my way 3 days to get it to me was pretty good. Would recommend them to friends and wife has also used there services and had just as pleasant experience as mine.
