    I wish I had found this review site before ordering an HTC Desire from mobilephonesdirect. I ordered it last Wednesday evening so expected it to be delivered on Friday. Phone calls take ages to be answered and eventually I gave up trying.
    In view of what I have read here about their delivery and repair service I have cancelled the order and gone direct to the service provider.
    I would score them zero if this site allowed that.
