My husband and I took out a contract with e2 save on a cash bck redemption scheme, after a lot of searching on the computer for a good deal. The telephone was delivered when stated (next day delivery) and came with a welcome pack which was self explanatory. I will say the terms and conditions for the redemption are very rigid, so be careful that you keep the welcome pack and its contents in a safe place, if you default on any of them you are not entitled to claim back the rest of the cashback for the remainder of the contract. I have managed to keep all relevant documentation and have sent everything away on time, and as such have had no problem whatsoever. I have not had to chase any of the cash and the cheques are sent out promptly. My only complaint was the reception on the telephone was appauling, but i believe that was due to the make and model of phone as oppose to the network, luckily i had a spare phone to help me out. I did bring this to the attention of the company who immediately arranged for it to be repaired, unfortunately this had no effect and the reception continued to be poor to the end of the deal. The deal i received was fab, 500 mins 400 texts which worked out at 1.99 per month, and all cashback (as stated) was received. Excellent customer service. I will certainly be looking at renewing my contract with this company despite the fact they no longer do the deal above and will cost me slightly more per month, at least i can rest assured i will get my cash back as promised. .

I've been a e2save customer for 6 years now. Over the years I've had to fight for every pound/penny linked to the cashback deals, BUT, I have managed to get every single penny back!
What i don't like is when the cashback operators are clearly lying. The most recent fight started back in September when I sent in my final bill for the year, i only recevied the cheque in the middle of this January. For four months I was lied to every week!
What the last operator said to me was laughable, "nobody hasn't pressed the realease button"!

My wife & I have both been with e2save.com for 10 months now. Cashbacks have arrived promptly! We also referred approx 40 friends to them (almost all on their 'automatic cashback') and while they are all thrilled with their new service we still haven't gotten all our referral money yet.

I just wish I had checked out all the poor reviews before I purchased my phone. I am on a cashback deal where I was supposedly going to recieve £240 back over 18 months. I can only blame myself for not sending the bill by recorded delivery. I'm sure many people have had pleasant experiences with e2save but for me personally I feel like I have been treated awfully by themselves and then the carphone warehouse whenever I visit their stores. Never using this company again.
