I made sure I followed their redemption instructions to the letter and all the instalments have now been paid . They also sent me a text on all 3 occasions, confirming they had received my redemption claim and that they were issuing a cheque, which was reassuring. Am now seeking legal advice. In the long run, I feel it would be cheaper and less hassle for me to go elsewhere or buy the free gift myself. Highly disappointed.
