    Free gift item, ordered from Dial-A-Phone 21st Dec but still not received (5th March) have chased 4 times, keep getting told it’s “being looked into”. Am now seeking legal advice. In the long run, I feel it would be cheaper and less hassle for me to go elsewhere or buy the free gift myself. Highly disappointed.

    I purchased an O2 contract through dialaphone offering 50% cashback in 3 instalments. I made sure I followed their redemption instructions to the letter and all the instalments have now been paid . They also sent me a text on all 3 occasions, confirming they had received my redemption claim and that they were issuing a cheque, which was reassuring. From my experience, I would recommend the site, phone arrived quickly and cashback paid as promised.
