I bought a nokia n95 mini & it has been in for repair 6 times.I keep getting the phone back then giving it straight back to them.I have not had my phone for about 6 weeks now.They have sent it back to nokia 2 times for the same fault & dispite complaining to their h.o.they still have not fixed the phone or offered me a replacement,they just offered me a £10 voucher to spend in there store 2 weeks ago & i still have not recieved it yet& then they keep sending it back to the repair centre to repair the same fault”WHY”.The staff in the repair centre are incompetent & need serious training on customer service.
I cannot see why they cannot just exchange the phone because it is “FAULTY”.
I wish i had gone directly to orange & i will never ever use carphone wharehouse again,nor reccomend them to any of my friends,i would rather eat a razor blade sandwich than use them again.

Bought a Nokia 6600i Slide from Carphone Warehouse and were very unhelpful when I had a query about the phone as it was not as described. The staff were quite rude and did not want to rectify the situation or offer any help at all! ONE PIECE OF ADVICE TO EVERYBODY IF YOU WAN TO BUY A PHONE GO DIRECT TO YOUR NETWORK, DON;T TOUCH CARPHONE WAREHOUSE WTH A BARGE POLE!
