I was told that they don't have good record with cash-back, still we did take the risk because it was the cheapest deal. My cousin got a good phone, but is struggling with cash-back and dealing with buymobilephones.net. I thought that if I read all their terms& conditions, then there might not be a problem. But its not worth taking risk, because some of thier conditions are such that its hard for users to surpass them. I wanted to cancel it the deal. Any retailer would allow you to cancel it within 7 or 14 days if its brought online. But they don't if you have used the sim-card even once. Any customer would use the sim-card and so your statutory rights are at stake, and you are in great trouble. When asked, I said I have used the sim-card becuase i had to call the network once. I spent the whole day talking to buymobilephones.net. I also talked to senior managers, but they don't believe in treating customers fairly or in customer service. All they know is their terms & Conditions, which as per many contradicts the UK's law of Distance Sales Regulation. If you get deals with them, good luck with fighting the legislative battles. They only understand if law speaks, maybe not even afriad of the law. They are a trouble to deal with. Email received on Monday saying phone despatched. Phone delivered on Tuesday. Completed and returned free gift claim with 2 forms of ID the following day. Email acknowledging receipt of claim form received by Friday. 2 Week wait for the free gift to arrive as it was out of stock, but after making a call to them yesterday as no response to emails, 32" Toshiba LCD TV arrived today. Over all, I'm impressed with the service on the phone delivery and the deal available. Very happy now that i've received the TV. My only complaint would be that it seems difficult to get an answer on the customer service number - rings out and then music played continuously. Received notification today that the TV's are in stock, and one has been shipped! Good Deal and good free gifts. A couple of days later I received an e-mail to say that my gift was on its way via special delivery. The next morning (7.30am Saturday thank you very much Mr Postman) it was delivered. I was really pleased with this. I moved from vodaphone to now orange. I asked all about requesting my handset to be unlocked which is a N95. and it was done well. The 6300 was a small price to pay for having a 32 inch hd wide screen tv as a free gift. I sent in my claim form and they sent me a email to say that claim ok on the 3rd of march. They then sent me a email to tell me it was out of stock, which I knew was going to happen as I asked the guy there and he said they dont keep stock.. they just order it in. I waited a week and nothing. I called them and they said they should have it that week.. anyway long story short I got it yesterday the 16th of March. I was a bit worried to think the gift may never arrive but that was me being impatient. It came via city link and I am over the moon about it. I signed up for a 24 month contract. They way I was looking at it was that I have my n95 and the 6300 as a back up. I asked about hidden extras and buymobile said that they would cancel the itemised billing and also the insurance which if you dont cancel you will be billed 5 £ a month extra at the end of 3 months. All in all I was pleased.. I think they could have communicated better with the free gift thing but apart from that I am pleased.. I have put links on my forum for motorcycles... and also in my hunting forum. I will recommend to everyone even my wife... as her contract is due to end soon.. and if I recommend I will get free cash and they will as well. I sent the free gift form and paperwork again(exactly same paperwork as before) on 19th March and again received an e-mail on 20th March to say my free gift(Toshiba 37ins TV) had been despatched for delivery on the next working day Mon 23rd and it came yesterday Tue 24th and i could'nt be happier. Would recommend to anyone.
